These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of "Kiddo!" (the "App") provided by UNDEFINED, K.K. ("we", "us", or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App.

Article 1 (Scope)

These Terms define the rights and obligations between us and users regarding the use of the App. By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Article 2 (Service Description)

The App provides a family-oriented task management and reward system. Parents set tasks and rewards, and children complete tasks to earn points.

Article 3 (Accounts)

1. Users can create accounts through Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple.
2. Users are responsible for properly managing their account information.
3. Transfer or lending of accounts to third parties is prohibited.

Article 4 (Subscriptions)

1. The App offers a free plan and a premium plan (monthly paid subscription).
2. The premium plan auto-renews. You will be charged monthly unless you cancel.
3. To cancel, go to your device's Settings app → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
4. After cancellation, you can continue using premium features until the end of the current billing period.
5. Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy.

Article 5 (Prohibited Activities)

Users shall not:

1. Misuse or reverse-engineer the App
2. Harass other users
3. Violate laws or public morals
4. Place excessive load on our servers
5. Engage in any other activities we deem inappropriate

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

1. We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or usefulness of the App.
2. The service may be interrupted due to network conditions or system failures.
3. We shall not be liable for damages arising from the use of the App, except in cases of our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

Article 7 (Service Changes and Termination)

We may modify or terminate the App with prior notice.

Article 8 (Intellectual Property)

All intellectual property rights related to the App belong to us.

Article 9 (Changes to Terms)

We may modify these Terms at any time. Modified Terms become effective upon notification within the App.

Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
