UNDEFINED, K.K. ("we", "our", or "the Company") sets forth these Terms of Service (the "Terms") regarding the use of "Chill Money" (the "App"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App.

Article 1 (Applicability)

These Terms govern the rights and obligations between the Company and users regarding the use of the App. By using the App, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 2 (Description of Service)

The App is a personal asset management and portfolio tracking application. It provides functionality for users to record their asset information and view total net worth and historical trends. The App does not provide investment advice, asset management recommendations, or financial product endorsements.

Article 3 (Purchase & Pricing)

1. The App is a paid, one-time purchase application available on the App Store.
2. Once purchased, all features are available without additional charges.
3. Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy.

Article 4 (Data Management)

1. Data entered in the App is stored only on the user's device and iCloud (when enabled).
2. Users are responsible for the accuracy of their data.
3. The Company is not liable for data loss due to device failure, loss, or app deletion.

Article 5 (Prohibited Activities)

Users shall not engage in the following activities:

1. Unauthorized use or reverse engineering of the App
2. Activities that violate laws or public order
3. Any other activities deemed inappropriate by the Company

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

1. The Company does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or usefulness of the App.
2. Asset information displayed in the App is based on user-entered data and does not guarantee actual asset values.
3. All investment decisions based on the use of the App are made at the user's own responsibility, and the Company assumes no liability.
4. The service may be interrupted due to network conditions or system failures.

Article 7 (Service Changes & Termination)

The Company may modify or terminate the App with prior notice.

Article 8 (Intellectual Property)

All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Company.

Article 9 (Changes to Terms)

The Company may revise these Terms at any time. Revised Terms shall take effect upon notification within the App.

Article 10 (Governing Law & Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
